Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a significant health issue, particularly in immunocompromised individuals. This report presents a 50-year-old male from Paris, France, who developed progressive fatigue, weight loss, and hypotension. Endocrine evaluation revealed primary adrenal insufficiency, and imaging confirmed adrenal tuberculosis. Anti-TB therapy and corticosteroid replacement led to symptom resolution. This case underscores the importance of considering TB in cases of unexplained adrenal insufficiency.
